I’m Miserable Without Girlfriend

My history with this girl goes over 2 years, she liked me for 2 years and would text me everyday even when I didn’t like her, but then eventually I started to fall for her and we ended up in a relationship together. We went out the entire summer and 2 months after. So ontop of the 2 years we talked, we’ve been dating for 5 months. I’m 19 and she’s 18.

My girlfriend has been on and off talking to me for the past week now, I’ve known something was wrong. So last night she says we need to talk then heads to my house, so we sit down and I ask her if we’re breaking up and she looks extreemely sad and says that she’s a bad girlfriend and that she’s working 2 jobs and has school plus she barley has anytime for herself. She says she wants a break but didn’t say how long, she said the feelings are still there and she just wants me to focus on myself for right now and that she still wants to talk and stay close.

I lost my best friend and the only person I considered a friend. I want her back so bad..
