Summer Fitness Challenge

Now that winter is over and summer is here, why not get out and do something new?

People tend to get stuck in the same habits and routines even when it comes to exercise. Then we wonder why we we lack the motivation to keep exercising.

My challenge to you this summer is to try something new for fitness. The possibilities are endless and you never know what might become a new passion. For me, last summer I took up surfing as a form of fitness and fun. It was challenging, but now I love it and can’t wait to get into the water.

It has been cool to see people of all ages surfing as well, which helps me feel better about my late start and my wipe outs.

So how about kayaking or rock climbing? Why not try cross country biking, or hiking?  The possibilities are endless and the important thing is that you get out there, breath in some fresh air, burn some Calories, and have some fun!
