The Pursuit of Faith

I’ve been on this journey of faith for sometime now. I remember when God awakened my spirit and opened my spiritual eyes to His existence.

It hasn’t been an easy journey because life has a funny way of challenging my faith almost at every turn. At times I feel God walking closely beside me and other times it feels like He’s on the other side of the universe. However, this is what faith is, believing what I cannot see and believing that God isn’t beside me or a million miles away, but he dwells within my heart.

I’m not sure where you are on this spiritual journey, but I pray that you have faith, I hope that you hold on, and I encourage you to get to know your Creator in an intimate way.

Having faith won’t solve all your problems and it won’t make life smooth, but it does give us hope and hope gives us life.
